How to Use

1. On clean eyelids, twist up the pencil tip slightly.

2. Starting at the inner corner of the upper lash line, draw a smooth line outward to the outer corner.

3. If you’d like a wing or cat‑eye, extend the line gently upward at the outer edge.

4. For a smoky effect, use the smudger end immediately after applying the liner to soften the edge.

5. Apply to lower lash line or waterline if desired, using a lighter hand.

6. At day’s end, remove with an oil‑based eye‑makeup remover for best results.
